This ANTAR factsheet provides information on the Mabo Decision in regards to the Mabo v Queensland (No 2), in which the High Court of Australia overruled two centuries of injustice.

The factsheet specifically covers: the ignorance of pre-existing systems of law by the British resulting in Terra nullius, the 1992 High Court decision where First Nations peoples called for recognition of their rights to land, and the response from political and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders to the Mabo (No 2).
