UN Declaration
on the Rights of
Indigenous Peoples

UNDRIP

First Nations Peoples in Australia are entitled to the full realisation of their rights as articulated in relevant human rights treaties, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and specifically the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).

With 370 million Indigenous peoples globally, ensuring their rights are protected and their needs are heard is vital for the preservation of First Nations cultures – including languages, beliefs, practices and more.
