Referendum for recognition

The Federal Government has agreed to hold a national referendum to ensure Australia’s highest law - the Constitution - recognises the First Peoples of this land and reflects the principle of racial equality.

You Me Unity for Public Awareness Activities Program.

You Me Unity is calling on organisations to raise awareness and community support for constitutional recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Funding rounds are now open to encourage local activities that help to broaden the positive message of constitutional recognition. 

To apply please submit an application to our Funding for Public Awareness Activities Program. Applications for Round 2 close at 5pm 28 September 2012
